Architect + BIM Director
Heather Sealy is an Alaska registered architect and NorthForm’s BIM Director, responsible for managing 3D modelling systems for the firm and taking a leading role in the design process. Since 2008 Heather has worked on many high-profile, large projects around the state, taking on a variety responsibilities including architectural design, document production, construction administration, and interior design. Heather’s skillset includes proficiency in BIM, CAD drafting, SketchUp 3D modeling, space planning, and graphic design to support projects as well as business development. She is a Certified Revit Professional, becoming one of the first in Alaska to earn the credential, and a LEED Green Associate. She has worked closely with many non-profit and public clients to produce 3D renderings and images to support funding requests and public support campaigns. Heather, a graduate of East High School, earned a Masters of Architecture from the University of Idaho. She is dedicated to the community of Anchorage, volunteering with organizations like American Diabetes Association, AWAIC, and Blood Bank of Alaska.
